The third grade
experience at The First Academy is the culmination
of the primary years. In the third grade year the
students will participate in learning experiences
which create a bridge to the intermediate years
in academics. We want our third grade students to
become independent thinkers and problem solvers,
to display confidence in themselves and their abilities,
and to demonstrate motivation and initiative in
their daily activities.
Our goal is for
students to leave the third grade level feeling
prepared for the next step of their academic lives
in every way. The third grade teachers want to encourage
and support the parents of the students that they
teach.
